K, J, T-Type Printing Thermometers in - Measure with High Resolution
- Good Laboratory Practice Feature
- Built-in Printer with Selectable Intervals
It is often desirable to print and measure temperature in the higher rangeswithout compromising resolution and accuracy. For this purpose Hanna has developed the HI 98701 single channel and the HI 98704 four channel, K, J, T-type thermocouple, printing thermometers. These thermometers have a resolution of 0.1 (0.2) in the -99.9 to 999.9 (-199.9 to 999.9) range. A built-in printer makes it possible to obtain a hard-copy of your temperature measurements taken on 1, 2, 3 or even 4 channels, at selectable intervals. This means you can leave the meter unsupervised to record your readings and not have to worry about human errors in repeated, prolonged testing. The meters incorporate the latest in GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) technology. At the touch of a button, you can retrieve the date and the details of last calibration. A host of default parameters are user-adjustable. For example, you can devise a prompt for recalibration, or vary the auto-off settings. The low-power printer uses plain non-fading printer paper that is readily available. For field applications, the meter can be plugged into a 12VDC car battery or battery charger. Battery Error Prevention System technology (BEPS) is incorporated to prevent incorrect readings due to low voltage. The large backlit LCD allows readings from nearly any angle and in dimly lit conditions. HANNA instruments® offers a wide range of K-thermocouple probes to meet your specific application (HI 766 series).
