Anionic Detergent - Ideal for Monitoring Waste water
- Simple & Accurate
- Cal CheckTM Technology
Detergents are produced in large quantities and are widely used in many applications. For example, in the textile industry, metal industry, paper mills, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Due to their common use, detergents are introduced into the water supply through domestic and industrial drains. Detergents are harmful to water treaTMent plants, due to the scum that is created by emulsifying oil and grease. So, by law, detergent concentrations must be monitored in waste water. HANNA instruments® offers HI 95769 to monitor anionic detergents, expressed in sodium-dodecyl-benzene-sulphonate, from 0.00 to 3.50 mg/L according to MBAS. Also, validating the instrument is possible at any time with the Cal CheckTMstandard cuvets.
HI 95769 is supplied complete with 2 measuring cuvets, 9V battery and instructions. HI 95769C kit includes HI 95769, rugged carrying case, tissue for wiping cuvets, Cal CheckTM standard and accessories. |
